Combining the virtues of organic cereals and pulses with the benefits of Réunion's fruit and vegetables, this caterer offers healthy, inventive cuisine where environmental conservation is omnipresent.

An environmental educator turned chef, Stéphane wanted to continue promoting respect for nature. By offering fresh, balanced cuisine every day, he shows that everything is connected and that we can eat better while limiting our environmental impact to a strict minimum.
